I. Return Policy:
a. Coffee Equipment: If you are not satisfied with your coffee equipment purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the product. The equipment must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Please contact our customer service to initiate the return process. Note that return shipping costs may apply, and they will be the responsibility of the customer.
b. Coffee Beans: Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns on coffee beans unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. If your coffee beans are damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
We may request photographic evidence of the issue to assist with the return process.
II. Refund Policy:
a. Coffee Equipment: Once the returned coffee equipment is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping costs.
The refund amount is contingent upon the policies of the bank associated with the card used for the transaction.
b. Coffee Beans: In the case of damaged or defective coffee beans, we will provide a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase or we will replace with the same.
Please be advised that the refund is subject to the policies and procedures of the bank that issued the card being used.
III. Exchange Policy:
a. Coffee Equipment: We understand that preferences may change. If you wish to exchange your coffee equipment for a different model or product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss the exchange options.
Note that any price differences between the exchanged products may apply and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
b. Coffee Beans: We do not offer exchanges for coffee beans unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. In such cases, we will gladly replace the damaged or defective product with a new one of the same type. Please contact our customer service within 1 day of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
